Phil Norris and Deborah Wiggs turned a stand of trees into a productive 13-acre farm. Their crops consist of lettuce, carrots, strawberries, and beans. The couple grows many Asian greens, providing the local community with a diversity of taste and aesthetics. This farm is using creative methods to produce food: particularly the rolling high tunnel, which allows seedlings to grow to their full potential before transferring them into the cool Maine air. This beautiful farm has a mission to feed their neighbors and friends healthy food.
